Sierra Cargill Marketing & Creative is a small but dynamic marketing agency dedicated to helping rural businesses stand out in the digital space. We are looking for a Full-Time Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on content creation, copywriting, branding, graphic design, and video production to support our growing team. This role is perfect for a creative individual with an eye for design, a talent for storytelling, and an understanding of brand consistency.


Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Create visually compelling marketing materials, social media graphics, print materials, and website assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Branding: Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content, ensuring each project aligns with the client’s unique voice and aesthetic.

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and websites.

  • Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and creative copy that reflects each brand’s tone and messaging.

  • Video Editing: Edit and produce short-form content for digital platforms using CapCut and Premiere Pro.

  • Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist in brainstorming, designing, and scheduling content for various digital channels.

  • Creative Strategy: Work with the team to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.


Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field preferred (or currently pursuing).

  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Ability to design social media graphics, print materials, and digital advertisements.

  • Proficiency in copywriting and content creation with an understanding of tone, messaging, and branding.

  • Basic video editing skills using CapCut or Premiere Pro.

  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for design trends.

  • Ability to work remotely and independently while meeting deadlines.

  • Must have a strong understanding of agriculture, including industry practices, terminology, and challenges faced by producers and agribusinesses.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for content writing.

  • Familiarity with Meta Blueprint or Google Ads Certification is a plus.
