Purpose
The Graphic Designer- PT will work closely with the Brand Managers to understand the vision for each of the defined brands as well as the related plan and then lead and drive the creative process for all marketing pieces. This role will be responsible for visually elevating all the brands defined, with the help of Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and other team members, through digital, print, packaging, trade show, video, display, and other pieces as needed as well as ensure company brand standards are applied across all of the related brands.
Accountabilities
Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing collateral
Collaborate with Brand Managers & Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to ensure materials promote the brand and meet sales objectives
Work on high volume of multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Rapidly think through design solutions to generate dynamic and engaging design ideas
Prepare preliminary design concepts and alternatives for review as necessary
Uphold high quality standards and all individual brand standards and guidelines in all pieces created
Continuously challenge new ways to be effective in visual design, while ensuring timeliness as well as ensuring work meets due dates
Employee will track and record time spent working and will submit an itemized timesheet bi-weekly
Manage time for most effective way to utilize it for accountable growth
Know one's culture index and utilize daily in all aspects of work
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Participates in team huddles and CONNECTS
Notifies management of any material issues, including assisting with inventory needs
Maintains a positive and respectful attitude during all aspects of work including emails, phone calls, and peer interactions
Performs other duties as assigned

3 years of experience

Required educations
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related experience (or Bachelors degree in progress)
