Mega Equine Marketing is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Director in managing and growing social media accounts for equine businesses. This role is ideal for someone with a marketing and equine industry background who wants to gain hands-on experience in content creation, strategy, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging content, including graphics, captions, and short-form videos/reels, tailored to each platform’s audience.
Schedule and post content using social media management tools.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.
Assist in developing marketing plans and promotional campaigns for clients.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to improve social media performance.
Collaborate with the marketing director on branding and advertising initiatives.
Assist in reporting analytics and key performance metrics to track social media success.
Support other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in marketing, social media management, or digital content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Intermediate graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and creative thinker.
Photography and/or video editing skills are a plus.
Background or experience in the equine industry is highly preferred.
