Sierra Cargill Marketing & Creative is a dynamic, small marketing agency dedicated to helping rural businesses stand out in the digital landscape. We specialize in web design, branding, content creation, and strategy to bring our clients’ visions to life. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is creative, organized, and great with people to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Web Design & Management: Build and maintain websites on Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress.

  • Creative Design & Branding: Design marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite while maintaining brand consistency across all projects.

  • Video Editing: Create and edit engaging content using CapCut and Premiere Pro.

  • Copywriting & Content Creation: Write compelling copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, and ads with a strong understanding of branding and messaging.

  • Account Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are on track and client needs are met.

  • Project Organization: Keep marketing campaigns and client projects organized and on schedule.

  • Conflict Mitigation: Navigate client concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Meta Blueprint Certification and Google Ads Certification are required

  • Strong skills in web design (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress)

  • Experience with graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Ability to edit and produce videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro)

  • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of branding

  • Experience with client management and communication

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

  • Skilled in conflict resolution and maintaining positive client relationships

  • Self-motivated and thrives in a remote work environment

  • Must have a strong understanding of agriculture, including industry practices, terminology, and challenges faced by producers and agribusinesses.
