We are looking for a creative and results-driven individual to be responsible for recruiting and hiring the best talent as Recruiter on our Organizational Development & Communications team. To be successful in the role, the individual must have a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly, with emphasis on working with and through people in the process. This position is based out of our Broken Bow, Nebraska office.
This person will be responsible for:
Recruiting
Conducting and/or coordinating all aspects of recruiting including talent assessment, selection, offer, and pre-employment screenings with a focus on culture and proactive sourcing.
Research, develop and present hiring and recruitment strategies.
Identify trends and leverage knowledge and data to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies
Using all and appropriate resources for posting positions, identifying resources for each search.
Cultivating networks and maintaining candidate relations to source for future job openings.
Working closely with hiring managers and supervisors to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions. Keep hiring teams updated on recruiting status on a regular basis.
Coordinating and scheduling of interviews and lead interview process.
Meet/exceed hiring goals with a constant effort to improve recruiting metrics.
Ensure compliance with all I-9, E-Verify, and other legal and regulatory requirements throughout recruiting and employee lifecycle.
Utilize PayCom (applicant tracking system) to post positions, manage candidates, develop reports and maintain all recruitment data.
Manage candidate and employee communication and experience from application to Day 1 including, but not limited to interview, community tour, lodging and housing, community assistance, pre-employment testing, and communication leading up to Orientation.
Oversee and coordinate new hire orientation, working with each stakeholder to ensure orientation is a seamless, effective, and welcoming experience for new hires.
Management and promotion of employee referral program.
Design and implement recruiting programs to generate employer branding or referrals and support the recruiting process.
Communications:
Working closely with Director of Org Development & Communications to execute social media, advertising, and PR strategy.
Assisting with the creation of internal and external communications including but not limited to advertisements, internal memos, presentations, company-wide emails, press releases, social media and website content, and other written/visual communications.
Capturing and editing photos and videos, as well as maintaining the online filing system for new and existing media.
Creating and posting content to our internal digital signage system and mobile app.
Assisting with planning and coordination of special programs, meetings, and company events.
Assist with other Organizational Development programs and events as needed.
Requirements

Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the recruiting and hiring process.
Knowledge and capabilities of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
Candidate must be able to work in a high-pressure and high-volume environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize same effectively.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
Knowledgeable of employment law and hiring best practices.
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability.
Strong interest or background in the livestock industry.
Creative abilities in graphic design, photography and/or videography.
Bachelors degree; 2 years of related experience may be substituted with an Associates; 4 years of related experience may be substituted with a High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to travel as required.usekeeping of design area and ISTA 1A package testing. RequirementsFull time position. Graphic experience or degree preferred.
